  2. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the payment amount as website credit, which will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
  3. Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged upon delivery, we will issue a full refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
