- Order Cancellations: Cancellations will not be possible once the order has been shipped.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the payment amount as website credit, which will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged upon delivery, we will issue a full refund. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
